I have just installed an IP600 (version 9)and the time on the built in Intuity Audix does not match up to the Definity time or the Windows NT time. The usual options to set the times are not available, and after reading the documentation it only seems to show how to set the time using Windows NT.

Anyone got any ideas ??

Jon

Yep, last time I checked, changing the time in NT was the only way. (Then a reboot?) Let me check my docs. Kind Regards,

Yep, checked my docs. Time should be changed in the control-panel in NT. Depending the release DefOne / IP600, it could be necesary to set the time-zone minus 7 hours of your own time. Just a bug in up untill Definity Rel.9.5.... Good luck!

I have used GMT as i am in the UK but the Audix is 1 hour behind the definity.

I once heard from an AVAYA-engineer that up to release 9.5, if you're in Europe, you should set the time-zone to North-America/Canada...

I raised the a case with Avaya and they dialled in and installed a patch which has fixed the problem.
