Hi all,
I have a customer (IP500V2 6.0(14)) with one remote phone connected via hardware VPN (supplied by others) - so phone is running standard firmware. If a connection is lost for whatever reason, the phone will go into "Discover 192.168.1.200" (which is the correct address for IPO) - and requires a yank-cable restart to make it reconnect. Suggestions on making this more automated? No VLAN involved. Thanks.
Mike

First, the connection should be stable!
Second, the phone will reboot if you wait long enough.
I think it is about ten minutes or so.

But the VPN should not drop at all.
This is not your problem but the customers.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
