Can anyone confirm the the IP500v2 and the UCM communicate using 169.254.0.x across the back plane exclusively? I am seeing a 500+ ms delay when I ping from the UCM CLI to 169.254.0.1.

Never pinged it but yes 196.254.0.x is backplane only unless you added a route within IP Office or UCM telling different/
