Had customer running on release 9 on IP500V2. Moved to Virtual machine sever Edition. SIP Trunks won't register. Had them coming in on LAN2 on IP500V2. Have same configure on Virtual but not working.
We got past the last issue with some help from Avaya. Now we're back to screwing around with the SIP trunks again. Trunks are registered but getting an error when making test calls. Seems like a configuration error on the IPO. Just keeping it exciting today.
I'm still convinced that we have a routing issue. We are successfully registered to the sip provider. However, none of the SIP information shows up in our call traces in SSA. Have tried various eth0/eth1 gateway addresses and Ip routes. Any suggestions???
