tlpeter--sorry forgot to give all of the details--8.0(16) and we are using external player; SIP Provider is Broadvox over my FiOS connection. Service has been great and I have a bunch of customers with the same setup.
Just checked the analog and the SIP trunks in my system once again and everything seems to be fine. I was testing the MOH in the middle of a demo with the ONE X Mobile android APP from my cell phone and it didnt work...so maybe everything is good to go. We have a customer that has ShorTel and hasnt been able to have MOH with their SIP trunks for several years. So I was showing them how its not a problem for us and it didnt work...DOH! But its all good.
