IP500 to IP401 ip-trunk 2

Hi everyone!

I have one problem with installation and it?s quite urgent to me to solve this, so if anybody can help me I wold be appreciated.

I need to connect two locations with IPO500 on Central Office, and the old IP401 Compact Office on Branch Office.
I have static-public ip-address on both locations with high bandwith (No NAT)
I have all the licences required for SCN, H323,IPSEC (IPO LIC IP500 VCE NTWK START4 LICS, IPO LIC IP400 IPSEC VPN RFA LICS).

Can you please help me about this because I do it according to documentation and anything I do, not work?

Can I do it with IP Trunks on A and B site, or I must create a L2TP or IPSEC tunnel on A and B site?

Is it possible that the only reason for not functioning, is the differences in software?

Unfortunately I failed with the IP401 because of software incompatibilities, but I managed to work with IP Small Office over IPSec.
