IP500 Embedded File Management

Okay, what am I doing wrong?

I have a 64MB card in a IP500 that was just recently upgraded from 4.2.14 to 5.0.15. I am unable to use Manager to upload the new H323 files to the card.

Here is what I get...
TFTP request failed - FileWrite Not Allowed

I have in the configuration of this particular IP500 the File Writer IP Address set to the IP address of the Manager PC.

This IP500 is at a remote site in a SCN if that makes any difference.

I often dial in on ISDN and have an IP from the system in the same subnet, still doesn't work though

i dial in from our IP office to customers sites and can usually manage CF cards over isdn. keep a ping running helps.
