MOH breaks in and out on outside calls. Someone can dial *34 at the same time and it sounds good internally and they use the same source on overhead speakers. Customer has 2 PRI's and all 5610 sets. Has anyone experienced this problem?

do you use the wav files or a real audio source plugged into the audio port?

@westi: I would get bored listening to a 30 sec wavefile on overhead speakers ;-)

I suspect a bad IP500 main unit.
