IP406V2 4.0.7 upgrade Unit Rebooting

We have a ip 406v2 at 3.2.59, decided to upgrade at 4.0.7 unit is in constant reboot after that (red, orange, green christmas theme)...

Erased memory though DTE(x,x2,x3), pushed 4.0.7, runs fine, pushed the old config, chritmas is back again...

Did various tries each time we push the old config on 4.0.7(100 users) the system crashes and goes in constant reboot.

Put back 3.2.59 pushed old config everything fine again.

Any ideas before i open a case with avaya tier 3 ?

maybe a shortcode in lcr thatcannot be converted to ars ?
but what about reconfigurate the whole thing in 4.0
it runs fine you say
do you have faults in the system ?
what pcs level is your 406 ?
did you check how big the memory is ?

my collegues and me was having the same problem every time we should upgrad the server to the 4.0 software version, it was rebooting , but when we put back the 3.2 version all it's right.
we think that there is a problem in this version , maybe it's not complete ...

i think it is not a software problem
it that is the case then where are a lot more problems

What is the file size of the config also?

100 Users is not too bad. But you dont have 1000s of directory members or any thign like that do you

i think it is not a size memory problem, because i had the same problem in the beginning, just after making the upgrad, and before begin the configuration of anything...

Get the 3.2 cfg, export as many bits as you can as seperate entities then try and reimport them into the V4, if it starts rebooting after you import a particular bit then you know its that bit that causing it.
