Upgraded IP406 from 3.1.65 to 3.2.69. Upgrade went smooth. I have only a Dig 16 module that has 4406 and 4412 phones.
8 of those phones now have call app buttons that light up green and stay locked up until I re-set the phone and the prob comes back in 15 min.
Any thoughts???

Did you upgrade the Dig 16 module as well?
If no then upgrade if yes then downgrade the expansion module to 3.1 and try again.

there might be a 3.1.99 release for the module that you have to use as interim firmware (going from memory so I might be wrong)

There is : C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\V3_2_999\nadcpv2.bin
So upgrade(downgrade) the expansion unit first to the above release and then upgrade to 3.2.

I think that is the file to go higher than 3.2
