IP403 & S8500. Not seeing extensions on the IP403 side

I have IP trunks between an IP403 and S8500. Everything works fine, except users on the IPO side just see "outside>" when placing or receving calls over the IP trunk.

Users on the S8500 side see the IP403 users names and extensions when calling inbound or outbound.

They are not integrated with QSIG since we dont have a license for it on the 8500 side, but the trunk works fine

any ideas?

Still seeing this issue.... very strange since i can see the extension/name in the ipo monitor, but on the ipo phone only "outside>" is displayed.

The other side see's name/number when we dial them over the trunk

any help is appreciated. thanks

bump, still cant get this figured out.. just see "outside" displayed on the phones on the 403 side
