IP400 Phone 30V2 Upgrade from R3.2.69 to R7.0.12

We are trying to upgrade a IP400 Phone 30V2 module from R3.2.69(IPO406V2) to R7.0.12(IPO500V2). It gets upgraded but once we switch off the system/module, the module stops working with frequent on/off. It works okay upto R4.1.9 but any version beyond this, it is behaving the same. Please help anyone has faced the simillar behaviour.

Upgrade the modules to 3.2.999 and then power them off and connect them to the IP500V2
Be sure that the IP500V2 is already running the right version.
All the modules that are connected will be upgraded automatically.
This can takes some time but they will reboot and come back online.

Thanks tlpeter. Freshly, we upgraded the module to 3.2.69 (This is the highest in 3.2.x). Then we powered it off and connected to IPO 500V2 with R7.0.12. It automatically got upgraded and worked till we switched off the module. AFter this it again started giving the same problem, any clue..!!??

You need to get them to 3.2.999 first!!!
So do that and then upgrade them to 7.0

We checked but latest in 3.2.x is 3.2.69. How to get Admin 3.2.999..?!!

If manager is installed on C:/ then you can find it here:

C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\V3_2_999\nadcpv2.bin

You can't do this with Phone 30's only Dig 30's, just upgrade it by connecting it to the 500

Thanks guys..!! We upgraded it for a couple of times and it is working now..!!!
