Log into the set and see if the IP address for the set is in the correct subnet. Also check that the voice vlan and s1 settings are correct. I had this happen once where all my IP sets would unregister for a few minutes and the would register and work fine. Afte several trips back to the site I found that the data admin had assigned the BCM address to another server, causing an address conflict.
