IP Softphone End User Training or VoIP Training

I'm looking for some end user instructions for Avaya IP Softphone and a basic training on how VoIP works. I need to train some end users next week and I was looking for a head start or a shortcut if anyone had already put together something for their own companies. (I've checked Avaya Online Expert and there isn't really anything that an end-user would understand there)

~I have instructions & troubleshooting guides on tons of other stuff if anyone is interested: Voice mail, programming abbrevieated dial, system date/time, Outcalling, CSU, Toll Fraud, Vectors, Keeping Records for Disaster recovery, powering down, restoring power to the switch, BCMS, I could go on and on.
