IP Sets logout automatically

We have any Avaya IPO Server Edition rls 11. and we have multiple 1616 phones that logout automatically at any time during the day. Is there some setting that allows that or is there a software issue. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Users logoff or phone unregister?
That is a big difference.
I would say : firewall blocks ports 1719/1720 UDP port traffic

Check Users > User > Telephony > Supervisor Settings > Login Idle Period (secs)
