This may be a dumb question, but here is the situation:
I have a 54Mbs wireless network and a 100Mbs wired network in the same office. I have laptops with wireless cards and docking stations. When the laptops are docked, the wireless connection is still available.
Here's the question:
What determines the route data takes across the network? Is the data going across the wire (via docking station) or through the air (via wireless card) or both? How can I identify the route?
Anyone, anyone?
