IP phones will not register

I purchased 3 7965 phones and they will not register to teh CUCM. I see the firmware request and it looks like it goes through everything until the very last step of registering and receiving the profile. Anyone hear of this? We just upgraded to 8. Other phones we just purchased register just fine. hmmmmmmmm?????

Make sure it is set to DHCP enabled and the TFTP server is correct.
