Hello wondering if anyone will be able to help.

Our client has reported of instances when users of an IP Phone have finished a call, the phone seems to reboot itself. Seems like to me it loses its registration somehow.

I have noticed on Monitor I get the following come up often.

RRQ--- CallSigProtocol is H323AnnexL_P. Go for Avaya 4600IP Phone
RRQ--- Reject unforced-login as there is an EP registered with the same name/extension

The IP Phones are 5610's.

I had problems like this on other model phones. It turned out to be a corruption in the user rights configuration.

What hardware and release are you on?

Its a IP500 version 8.1(69).

What happened in your situation? Did you have to change the User onto a different Users Rights?
