Hello,
I have a G3r at my site that connects to MM using Qsig. All the digi stations work fine. When I setup a 4620 IP Phone for testing, the problem is if a person calls MM, DTMF is not recognized by MM. All other DTMF is recognized by the PBX (Dialing), other AAs etc.

Ive determined its QSIG related as I have a test MM box via DSE that works great. suggestions?

Look at one of the DS1 boards on one of your QSIG trunks. Is connect set to PBX?

DO NOT CHANGE THIS NOW AS IT wILL DISCONNECT YOU CALLS!

OK - you need to busy out the DS1 board, change the Connect setting from PBX to Network, then release the board again. Remember this will drop all the calls connected to that DS1.

Test the Trunk after this to ensure you can still route calls through it. If not you need to do this again but changing it back to PBX. You should be able to send DTMF over this trunk now. Lather, rinse , repeat for the rest of your system.
