I have my pc plugged into the back of my phone, but using network analyzers (Ethereal, Wireshark) I see absolutely no network traffic from the phone.

Is the data jack in the phone a switch or a hub? Its a 4610SW.

It's an integrated switch.

A hub would allow collisions between the voice packets and the PC packets. You would NEVER do VoIP with a hub anywhere in your architecture.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)

I need to record calls on a few Voip stations.

I want to use Orecx either on the pc that is attached to the phone, or on a centralized pc/server.

How would one accomplish this?
