ip phone transmit problem

ON the ip phones we can hear but not be heard. Any ideas.

I would upgrade everything first, tn2302's tn799, G700's if any and your IP phones. When you have you're "conversation" up go in the back of you're phone and try pinging the voip resource and the other phone and see what you come up with.
Post back with more info, types of phones, voip resources involved, network regions and codec's used. I don't have much to go on here. :) Make sure your voip resources are set to 100MB/FD too.
 
Thanks for the help. We were set to auto on the medpro card and we changed it.

Maybe you want to check the setting on your switches. What type of switch are you using?
