IP Phone one way talk path ... 1

We have two locations location A and location B with two S8700 server pairs at each location tie'ed together with fiber.

If a call originaltes out of location A and hits an agent in location B the callers can't hear the agent but the agent can hear the caller (essentially a one way talk path).

However if call is made to Location B to an agent in lcoation B 2 way talk path is fine.

I had a simular issue but it was with two MedPros that were having issues and disabling the older one corrected my problem temporarly. Any ideas?

status the station in question during the one way path and see which med pro resource it is using and go from there....
