IP Phone Issue with 2nd line - 5620SW

SiteA - Incoming T1 circuit
SiteB - 5620SW User

Incoming call into SiteA via T1, either DID number called or to VMPro at SiteA to user at SiteB via SCN.

The first call in works just fine. The problem is when the second call rings the phone. The user switches to the 2nd line and the 1st caller is put on hold (auto) and there is no talk path on the 2nd line. If the user switches to the first caller, that line is still working as it should.

I've noticed in Call Status...the 2nd call is shown playing onhold music....any ideas?

Both IPO's are 406v2 with 3.0(59)
