Quick overview:
S8500 w/2 SCC's. Mostly digital phones and a handful of 4610' and 4620's. The IP sets are getting echo but only when they grab a call from their pick up group.
Echo cancellation is turned on for the TN464's and the phones have the latest firmware (2.1.3). Should I turn off cancellation on the boards and turn it on for the trunk groups? Again, this only happens when the call is grabbed from a pick up group.
Anyone heard of this before?
