IP Office VM PRO Twinning reboot issue

Hi All,

AVAYA IP Office 9.1.9 and VM Pro like release. Lines are US PEI. We receive a call directly to the Auto Attendant, we have an assisted transfer with $KEY to transfer to extensions. If the user calling in transfers to an extension without mobile twinning enabled, the calls connects perfectly. If you call a twinned phone internally, the call twins to the external number. If you dial the three digit extension from the AA to a twinned phone, Voicemail pro states it is transferring your call to "blah blah" and then the IP Office Reboots. I was on 9.1.10 with the same results. I downgraded to 9.1.9 to see if that would help. It didn't. As always, any advise would be helpful. Here is the monitor trace:

You'll need to make a Service Request with Avaya.

I think 9.1.9 sucks really badly. Go down to 9.1.8 or 9.1.7 if you want a quick resolution.

But of course a ticket with Avaya to solve the issue will hopefully get them to test the basics again and not release crap. Yeah I know fat chance.

Thanks everyone. I will try downgrading first to 9.1.7 . If that fails then it's off to the Disty I go to raise a case with AVAYA.
 
What happens if it is not an assisted transfer?

Hi Everyone. If anyone is experiencing the same issue, a downgrade to 9.1.7 fixed this.

rdoubrava- this system was a standalone 500v2 preferred edition. Not SE.

Pepp77, it didn't matter whether it was a transfer action or assisted transfer.
