Hi

I have just added the xml file with essential edition , sip trunks lic and x2 extra vmail embedded ports on a new
IP Office V2 rev 10. All good apart from I now dont want the licence for the x2 vmail ports. Is it straight forward
within the plds website to del that licence and then get a new xml generated. I take it there is no way of del an individual
licence within manager. Sorry for basic question , first time I have used the plds set up. The reason is its for a Dr surgery
with only 6 sip tks and the prescrip line is going straight to a vmail box , with the x 4 ports its going to busy up their lines.
Any advice appreciated.

cheers

You can just remove licenses from the XML file on the PLDS site. But you will not get the money back...

Ok, perfect. Cheers for the reply.

Hi

Dont suppose you know the procedure within plds to remove this individual licence. I have been on the site again.
Thinking it might be move entitlements , but not sure how you then get the xml file emailed back out again. Would
I need to also regenerate the licence. Thanks for any advice.

You need to rehost the VM licenses and regenerate the IPO license.

But wouldn't a better solution be to get more SIP lines`?
