There are various closed threads with this subject or " NS resolved address does not match the Interface address".

This is likely caused by your IP Office doing a DNS lookup on the FQDN of an http request and it either not matching your IP Office IP address, or the lookup not working at all.

Check in Manager that the DNS listed can successfully resolve the IP Office FQDN.

Holy hell, thank you so much for this, we were stuck trying to get our Equinox clients to register properly, and we would get the 'URI contains invalid FQDN. DNS failure.' message when we tried to access the 46xxsettings.txt. Turns out the client had changed their DNS servers and the IPO needs to do a DNS lookup if you're using https and an FQDN to access it. If you're having this issue, check that the IP Office has valid DNS servers set.

And usually 8.8.8.8 will be sufficient for this.
