IP Office Skype for Business plugin help needed

We just upgraded a client to 10.1 IPO and One X portal and installed the Skype For Business plugin. It seem to be working but, am trying to find the place to change the dialing rules.. The Documents all reference MS lync 2013 and Avaya Communicator. Go to setting to dialing rule.
But for life of me I can't find it. All I see is on Skype Client is Phone integration but, that is greyed out.

Has anyone installed this and maybe steer me in right directions to change the dialing rules..

After you start Avaya Communicator for Lync you will find a new menu in S4B for the Avaya Plugin. There you should find the dial rules.
