IP Office Sip Trunk Issue

Hi Guys! This forum was a huge help to me as a small business owner trying to install a second hand IP Office, and I'm hoping someone can help me again. I started having an issue this morning after our internet service dropped out. It happens occasionally, I just reboot the router and it's usually fine. However, this time the phones refuse to work - I can't get incoming or outgoing calls. Incoming calls go to a mailbox at my sip provider, and outgoing calls either say "Incompatible" or "Waiting for Line". It seems to swap between the two.
In monitor, the following line has appeared:
PRN: DNS - recommended address change: query in progress
I've also seen this just pop up:
PRN: DNS - recommended address change: YES! some inuse not ok
And this one:
PRN: DNS - recommended address change: kick off a new query (none good)
Another thing that may be worthy of note is that in System Status it gives this alarm:
Attempt to use a feature for which no license is installed. License Type: 3rd Party IP Endpoints
I am only using Avaya phones (1608 and 9650). I have 63 Avaya IP Endpoints with a license expiry date of never according to the Resources tab. I have had this problem once before, but it resolved itself after an hour or so. This time I've had no phones all day. Sip providers Tech Support advised to reboot modem, and reboot IP Office. I have done this multiple times with no change. Below is a trace from monitor, any help anybody could give would be greatly appreciated.

Please posts traces as an attached file.
Your trace doesn't say much, it just a bunch of OPTIONS.

What stands out is that you have a pplsip agent trying to connect from France and since you're located in AU I suspect this isn't something you would expect.
If that is the case I do recommend you to get a tech on site who can help you with the implementation as it seems like there are security issues that need to be looked at.
