Hi Team,

We are having some issues with calls coming in from a SIP trunk dropping at exactly the same time on every inbound call. The calls drop at the 36 second mark. The SIP trunk is not configured to use credentials and is using G.711A codec, transporting using UDP. We are using Avaya Communicator to make and receive calls to extensions configured through ACCS.

This is odd as outbound calls are clear and have no time restrictions. Please find attached some traces from the SysMon, from where the call is answered to when it drops.

Version: IP Office R11

Your response and input is appreciated.

I only looked at the trace from my smartphone but it looks like if IPO sends BYE to the carrier. Looks not like a firewall issue in the first place. But perhaps the carrier sends Options or Reinvite that doesn't reach IPO.

A PCAP trace of the public interface of the firewall should show you more.

Need some help with IP Office? CLI based cale blocking: SCN fallback over PSTN:

Thanks for the response, I'll share with you the PCAP traces.

This is now resolved the issue was the telco firewall, thank you all

Thought so, I have had the same issue many times and it is always the firewall resposible
