Hi All.

I have to take over an ip office running on a server for a customer. However, the previous company who maintained the system is less than forthcoming with the password for their system / Contact Center equipment.

(Yes I know it shouldn't be an issue, but i can't control the other company, even with extreme vocalization... if you know what I mean).

I know with a control unit system, you can do the DB9 to control unit and AT-SECURITYRESETALL command.

How do you reset the password on a server version?

Regards

Thanks janni78

That looks really painful! (grin)

I have found another Avaya document (SOLN243960) Pulbished 28 Jan 2014, updated 22 Aug 2014, but for that they say step 1 is stop the IP Office... but you can't stop it unless you can get in correct?

Take a peep if you want.

Regards

That is for resetting the security settings but it would require you to have root access to the server.

If you don't have that you have to do it the hard way so you can first access the server before resetting the rest.
