Hello,

i'm about proposing IP Office SE R11 for a customer , and he asked me about the integration with CRM, i want to know what type of license and configuration with IPO side for that integration ?

P.S : i dont know the manufacture of the CRM but let's suppose that CRM can be integrate with AVAYA SOLUTIONS.

First of all you need to know what the customer wants to accomplish with the integration and what type of integrations are available on the CRM.
Knowing what CRM they are using is key to even consider what will be required.

Here's a company in the UK with a website that may give you a few ideas and there are many others which involve third party software to link IP Office and the CRM system.

I guess you'll need third party TAPI licences.
