Hello all
can comeine please clarify if a preferred edition license is required for a teleworker license to function on a release 7.0?
usually if there is a teleworker license or a power user license on an essential edition, it will say "no preferred edition license found"
This customer only has 12 ip endpoint licenses, 4 sip trunk licenses and 2 teleworker licenses, thats it. They dont even have an essential edition license which makes me think this is a "basic mode" that someone went into and selected "change mode". I remember being able to do that back in the day.
Long story short, their avaya softphone clients dont work when in the office and I havent been e
able to go onsite to look at the error the softphone is showing
