IP Office R10 and Twinning Destination 2

I have a new IP500 install, our second R10, and the Twinning button is not working as I thought it should. 9608 phones, Twinning button programmed and Mobile Twinning is enabled on the User.

When I press Twinning, no destination set, I enter my number with 9, but there is no "Done" or "Enter" or "Enable"... all that appears is Clear, Bksp and Cancel on the soft keys.

I looked through all the R10 docs to find out if something changed, cannot find any discrepancy.

Attached is a pic of the number entered on the 9608, but no option to move forward.

Any thoughts?

You need to allow Inhibit Off-Switch Forward/Transfer under System/Telephony settings

Has something similar. Call forwarding was set with Manager but the phone rang though. Monitor gave no good information. Then I found the default disallowed of switch transfer... ;-)

Can someone tell me where the "send original calling party info for mobile twinning" option is? It was clear as day in 9, can't find in 10.
