We have an IP Office connected to a Firewall that is connected to the Internet for an IP Phone. I am able to get to Manager and System Status through Port Forwarding. I am trying to upgrade/patch the IPO to 9.0.5 but it keeps failing. I am guessing i need to open another port on the Firewall? Does anyone know what port?

Use VPN or another secure way. If you don't you can wait if the system is hacked before you have upgraded it...

We are using VPN through the Firewall. I had to open up TFTP traffic temporarily.

Then you got some strange VPN setup. There should be no need for port forwarding on a VPN. (And what ever you do, never open those you have mentioned)

Kind regards

Gunnar
