We have several users with the IX workplace app on IOS/Apple phones. Workplace stops working after 3 minutes. I know Apple push needs to be set up and I am using the Docs

AvayaCloud Accounts: Administering Avaya Mobile Push Notification Service (APN)

Doc ID ADMN116457

IP Office Avaya Workplace Client Installation Notes

I am unable to get this to push. I have a cloud account but unsure if I have it configured correctly. or if I have something else wrong. Would someone provide a little guidance on how they got it working. Any help is appreciated.

Firewall is set up correctly? Needed CA certificate is installed?

Did it with multiple customers. Starting sometimes crappy but if it works it is fine.

Derfloh. Correct ports are open on firewall according to the IT person.
One of the many questions I have. if IX user register to The IP500 vs the Primary sever does the CA cert need to be the Primary server or the IP500 use registers to?
Another question. This company has a few divisions that want to use this. When I set up the Cloud account can I use same account and 1 domain for each of the divisions
When I add the other division to Account I am unable to add domain to them as the 1st one is in use.

There are a lot of issues that can cause the APNS to not work correctly. One that just popped up within a month is needing to install the Sectigo cert on the IPO. You should be able to find the instructions to do this on the support site. If not open a ticket with Avaya and they can help you out

To upload the new certificate is done in one minute.

Tbh I only had to use one PBX where the clients register. But you can create multiple sets of ID/Secret, so I am pretty sure you can register multiple IPOs for a single domain.

You can check if you get a response to your messages in Sysmon.
