Ip office contact store stopped working 1

My Contact store has stopped working all of a sudden, when i launch the url its showing error page.

Tried all basic trouble shooting like restarting the services and restarting the pc itself. Both Voice mail pro and contact store are running on same server.
How can i solve the issues, there is no firewall on the system and the windows update and antivirus are turned off.

I tried to access the contact store from the server itself using the ip:8888 and url:8888 none are working.

Which log file should i check to find out the issue?

This is the error what i get...

I guess you have re-started apache?

OK - had this issue before and there was no easy route for a fix except

1) uninstall CS
2) Rename the witness DIR to Witness.backup
3) Fresh install of CS

keep the old calls.....
 
Are people really installing this stuff and yet dont know that Contact store DOES NOT use IIS, so no reason to check it!!!??

I suspect the DB may have corruption. Its a self contained Postgres SQL database, and you could try some database tools to see if you can fix it first.

i cant access it from anywhere, the server had power outage as the new support guy removed it from the UPS :O

Tried to solve by working on the DB and failed, so i did what hsm suggested and its working fine...

There was no power outage this time, we had reconnected the server to main UPS and no chance of power outage.

I am running out of Ideas...

 
Tomcat is not running.
Find the source of this problem.
This means you have to search the event viewer for errors.

How can i restart the tomcat in contact store, is there a bat file for this. I restarted the system still its not working.
waiting for remote access!!
 
issue happen again and again , did a couple of installations, anyone can help me on this ..please..
