ip oFFICE CALL RECORDING PROBLEM

My call recording is working backwords.Example....
Joe is ext.133, Ken is ext124, Joe calls ken, Ken at ext.124 pushes call record button. The call is recorded and after the call is ended the recorded call is sent to ext133 mail box, when the message should be in ext.124 mailbox because ext.124 was the one that actually recorded the call. Anyone point me in the right direction??

Did you check witch mailbox is set in
Voice Recording (User)

Manual Recording Mailbox: Default = <user's own mailbox>
Sets the mailbox into which recordings triggered by the user are placed.

The manual recording mailbox is set to the correct ext.
ext. 124 is set to record in 124.....

Anything else i can check?

If someone else do a record is it going good?

If so try removing the user and ad it again with a difrent name and see what happens.

I have tried 3 other users with the same outcome.

The call recording works on outbound calls only. If i get an inbound call either from another internal ext. or from the the outside world the call is recorded but it does not show up in my mailbox. When i try to record an inbound call from another internal ext. the recording is sent to the mailbox of whatever ext. called me, doesn't matter what ext. it was. When i record an inbound call from outside the building the recording is sent ?????? not sure where. If i make the call then the recording is sent to my mailbox.....

Any Idea anyone??????

you may have found something similiar to this known issue, you might try updating to the lastest or escalate to your vendor if nothing else fixes it.
