HI,

We record calls for quality purposes and on replay we can see that some calls are listed with the users name in brackets but some calls are not - so the supervisors have to listen to the ones that dont have the name tagged on to find out who took that call. Is there a way of ensuring that all the users names are on all the calls recorded? thanks
