ip office anywhere webpage :7070 offline mode is currently enabled

Hi All.

I put a copy of ip office anywhere (R11) on my computer to do some testing for a customer.
When I go to the webpage

https://<ip

address>:7070 I get an indication

"Offline mode is currently enabled"

Has anyone else seen this before?

There is a checkbox at the login page to enable offline mode.
