Just passing on a solution I found to using Line side call forward to an answering service. I realize this is old technology but some customers still use it. I'm also certain there are other, maybe even easier way's to do this but this worked for me.

Scenario: Customer has analog lines with call forward at night to ansering service using carrier based call forward feature i.e. (*72 & *73)

1.)Place line in unique outgoing group.
Outgoing Group ID 2 for this example (Line\Line Settings)

2.)Create shortcode to access group. (Optional)
Example.
Code = 8
Feature = Dial
Telephone Number = N
Line Group Id = 2

3.) Create shortcode to turn on forward.
Example:
Code = #5
Feature = Dial
Telephone Number = "*72",-,-,-XXXXXXX
Line Group Id = 2

(Quotation marks required and each(,-)equals 1 sec pause to allow co time to return dial tone.

4.) Create shortcode to turn Off forward.
Example:
Code = #6
Feature = Dial
Telephone Number = "*73"
Line Group Id = 2

(Quotation marks required)

Program 2 buttons on the user's phone/s (Optional)
First - labeled Nite
Feature = Dial
Code = #5

Second - labeled Day
Feature = Dial
Code = #6

Or just use short codes to turn on and off.

Tested on version 4.2(14) and 3.2(69)should work on most.
