I am trying to assist a customer configure an 9608 VPN phone with a Palo alto firewall.

I have 0 experience with Palo alto and am trying to find any kind of document on how to configure with avaya phones 96XX) and can't locate one.

tried using creating a VPN connection from Palo Alot web site but no luck

can't get past IKE 1 phase 1.

Any help is appreciated
