Hello guys,

I am trying to find a way to remove the caller ID on incoming calls. My client would like to have the caller ID stripped on incoming calls. I already contacted the ISP, but they said that this cannot be done on their side.
They have SIP lines and I have not been able to find a way to block the inbound caller ID. They are running embedded voicemail as well.

Thanks in advance for the help!!!!

As expected, you cannot hide the CLI of a caller unless you have a good (aka expensive) SBC.

With VM Pro you probably could do it, but the request seems a bit odd.

Indeed, if staff are dodging calls from certain numbers then hiding numbers isn't the answer, they should be looking closely at their staff not the system :)
