Our company has a IP Office 406v2 and we recently needed to change and add new extensions to a call tree. The issue I am having is when a caller enters a call tree that has more than 10 extensions (ours has 14 for one department) when 10,11,12,13,14 are pressed it goings to extension 1 in the call tree. I assume this has something to do with the Touch Tones being pushed to the phone system and when 10 is pressed it only sees 1 and not 10. Is there a work around for this.

Thank you,

Jon

Nothing you are describing is default behaviour, it's all been specifically programmed in the VM Pro. You will need to speak to whoever programmed the VM Pro in the first place or get someone trained in and supply them with the required access/passwords to do this for you :)
