We have a customer with a 4.2 IPO and I can't get the time changed. They system was put in by someone else and we took over, but the 4.2 is before my IPO time. I don't see any buttons programmed for this. Any ideas how to make this work?

It can be set using one of 2 methods:
From a digital Avaya phone set as system phone and a button programmed to check/set the time, time source IP Addres must be set as 0.0.0.1
Using Manager or VMPro as the time server, time source IP Addres must be set to match the IP Address of the PC running Manager/PC Voicemail. The time will be updated once per hour and the time it does the update depends on the time the system started up last time.
It does NOT use the NTP time protocol!

Also if you set the time source ip to 0.0.0.0 and make a change via manager it will update to the time of the computer making the change via Manager.
