IP office 3.2 Hot Desk

Hello,
I have an Ip Office I upgraded to 3.2 recently here in my office, Ive done the install here which I am an installer but this system isnt my specialty. I was wondering how i go about Hot desking, I have both digital sets and a couple of IP sets. My question is Can I , and How. If my outside sales rep. with an IP phone, who works from home, comes to work can she hot desk to a digital set and vice veresa on other sets. I have a digital set here and if I decided to work from home on IP set at random times can I do this and how???

go to the user and check hotdesking
give her a login code
the you got two options
if all the people has to hotdesk then give the user "No User a login button
or you need to do this with the phone it must be done with
the remote phone is connected with vpn ?

So I can go from a digital set to an IP set and from an Ip set to a digital set?

yep should be possible
i don't think you still have the option hotsesking in 3.2 ???
then you have to fill in the logincode at tab telephony
and check forced login
