How do I get rid of the flashing "Home Location unknown" message?

My problem seems to be with phones which home base is connected to my CS1000E HA system.

I have never seen this particular situation.

Can you describe how your Virtual Office implementation is configured?

I found the issue. The LIS setting the the HA system was looking at an External DM which was not aware of all the other offices subnet.
