Hi All

Ive just moved into a new office and there was an IP LDK-20 left behind with a couple of phones, so decided to make use of it. ISDN2e line is being installed next week.

However, it does not have the LAN card installed (although there is a LAN port on the VOIM unit attached to the PABX.

Trying to program the system via the Station10 method, it appears there is an ADMIN password set. Is there a way to reset the password/system so I can gain access?

If not, is it worth spending the £35 to get the NIC module for the unit so I can run PC-ADMIN? Can I use the LAN port in the VOIB module?

Or shall I just dump the PABX and buy another of ebay.

many thanks

No, you can try with userID = admin, password = admin.
The VOIM module for only for IP telephony.
You can use keyset admin to program.

To gain access to the programing you will need to know the password, if it prompts you for one...
If you do not know it - could default the system and start again..
By default there is no password.

To default the system make sure dip switch 4 is in the ON position and press the reset button...
Once the system has rebooted, wait a minute, then put dip switch 4 to the Off postion..

A LANU would make it easy for you to program via the PC Admin tool, but could also use the keyset (Station 10) by default.
Make sure station 10 is a 24btn keyset..

Thank you.

I found an old post somewhere that said to try 147* as the admin password which worked.

regards

David
