IP LDK 100 Auto Attendant Issues

I Have installed my VMIBE board as follows:

-> Backup the database by ipLDK Admin - and save the backup in a safe place.
Then:
- Power off (Power cable removed!)
- Insert in a free slot (there are 3 free)
- Power up (insert power cable).
- Log in with PCADMIN
- Set-up slot type to VMIB (PGM101 also PGM103).

I have set up a hunt group of my 3 main stations as a ring group. and set all the attributes in PGM191

but when I am at the main station and try to record the greeting by pressing Trans/PGM + 0 + 6

It comes up with access deny Is there something else I need to do

I have managed to figure some of it out I had forgot to give the stations permission to access VMIB in PGM 113 then I run into VMIB Busy but I reset the board and can now record the messages

I am now trying to figure out the settings in PGM 231 for my DDI numbers I current have them set to hunt group but what I want is after 15 seconds of the call ringing at the hunt group if there is no answer a annoucement be made then again after a further 15-20 seconds another annoucement made is this achieved by changing the details in PGM 231 or by the settings in PGM 191
