IP Handsets paging issue

Hi Guys,

We use the paging option to page all of our IP and Digital handsets with various announcements which is a very useful feature for us but i have two problems.

Firstly the page to the digital handsets is extremely loud, is there any way i can change the volume of the paging to digital handsets?

Secondly if i place all our digital handsets into the page group when they are paged it locks up one of the VOIBE Crds so they continue to hear everything from the attendant handset, basically it does not end the page and the only was to stop it is to reset the system.

Can anyone help?
